Toto's grill restaurant started to operate in August of 2005, it was from Toto's Lechon Manok chain of restaurants, Toto's Lechon originated from the Philippines by the Tolosa Family who hailed from the province of Iloilo. Totos Lechon became famous internationally because of their lechon manok, crispy chicken skin, crispy dilis, crispy pata, and other pulutan dishes.
When the families of Analiza Nieva and Connie Santos opened it for public, additional Filipino dishes were added like grilled milk fish, tilapia, jumbo squid, tuna belly/jaw, and halibut. Pig lechon per pound was added every Saturday and Sunday.
Trying new cooking ideas from the experts of Batangas, Ilocanos, Bicolanos, Pampanga, Bicol & other regions are always on the table among partners.
Quality and customer service is the main trust of the business. The partners always promote freshness in style of cooking.
Goat meat dishes like caldereta, pinapaitan and kilawin became popular among customers, as the catering portion of the business explodes. Oops!
Forgot to mention that our Cebu style lechon is less fat, juicy, and tender enhanced with our homemade sauce. So, yummy!!!!!!!!
